Warrane's Real Estate
Market Trend

According to data from the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT), Warrane's housing and unit market has experienced significant growth in recent years. In 2020, the median unit price was $405,000. By 2022, this figure surged to $567,500, reflecting the broader trend across Tasmania during the pandemic, where increased demand for housing and low interest rates contributed to rising prices.

Warrane’s housing market has remained resilient compared to other suburbs in Hobart, largely due to its combination of affordability, convenience, and ongoing development. While many regions of Tasmania saw average price declines of approximately 15% following the pandemic surge, Warrane experienced a mild decrease in late 2023, with the average unit price dropping by 11.81% to $500,000. As of March 2025, the median unit price is $545,000, according to RealEstate.com.

Showing House to Customers

I acknowledge that we are living and working on the land of the Palawa people. Nipaluna (Hobart), means 'place of the woman.' This name recognises and respects the rich cultural and historical significance of the area to the Tasmanian Aboriginal community. I pay respects to Elders past, present, and emerging, honouring their enduring connection to this land, its waters, and its rich cultural heritage.
